Are you frustrated with how you look and feel in your clothes? Read below to find out how one Katdance Fitness student tackled her health problem:

"I am doing very well with the insulin pump. I have lost 9 pounds and my A1C went from 7.8 to 7.0 in only one month. All hinged on being about to write down what I eat, ….. That is a very big key for me. It is so simple and common sense but I never heard it anywhere else before your class.

I can get into a pair of jeans that was just too tight now. I have the next pair getting ready. I need to get new clothes for the fall and winter because I am the smallest I’ve been in 11 years. I feel very good about that and I know how to keep it going.

Your class made it possible for me to make the insulin pump program work. It has been overwhelming at times but would be impossible without the class…. I am still in the first 8 weeks with the pump so still learning new things and working things out. Will let you know when I think that is over and keep you posted on my weight and A1C.
